Our beef is sourced from some of Australia’s premier grazing districts including the high rainfall south east of South Australia (where our own farm is located), the lush green pastures of western Victoria and all along the River Murray.
To ensure year round supply and consistency of quality, our beef is finished on a grain ration for a minimum of 70 days. This time on grain ensures a generous fat cover, which is essential in protecting the meat during dry ageing. It also significantly enhances the marbling of the beef which delivers additional tenderness.
